At What A Girl Wants LI, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for store credit or an exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that clearance items and accessories are final sale.

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Authorization and receive the appropriate shipping address for your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and include a copy of your packing slip. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost returns.

• 4.
  Processing and Credit

  Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a digital gift card for the purchase amount to your email within 3-5 business days.
